Completed the "Computer Graphics & Web Professionals" Certificate program at Bridgewater State University. Designed, Coded and Produced 2 Websites using HTML 5, CSS3 & jQuery. Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Fireworks. Illustration, Print & Web Design. September 2011-July 2012.
Project Managed the Production of Custom Books at Pearson Custom Learning. Directed titles through production: coordinated with editorial, supervised vendors, handled billing, met very tight deadlines and managed multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Managed Complete Reprints Process for hundreds of Higher Education textbook titles at Cengage Learning. Researched corrections, guided offshore vendors and documented process utilizing publishing CMS.
Produced Publications & Educational Textbooks for K-12 & Higher Ed. at PrePress PMG. Completed layout, print production, prepress preparation & quality control. Certified files to print using Acrobat & Pitstop.
Illustrated, Designed & Produced 22 Books for a Navajo Bilingual Literacy Project. Also Project Managed the entire production process, working with a team of Cultural, Teaching & Language specialists. The "Black Sheep Clan Series" & other titles were all published in both English & Navajo as part of a 5-year federally funded "Title VII" grant and are in use in K-12 schools throughout the Navajo Nation.
Designed Print Marketing, Publications, Logos, PowerPoint Presentations, Advertising, Posters, Branding and Direct Mail for Small Businesses and Educational organizations. Freelance Design Business.
Developed Original Curriculums & Instructed College Level Classes in Graphic Design & Presentation Design at the College of Eastern Utah.
Beta-Tested and Assessed "WebCT" & "TopClass" for College Business Dept. and then trained Faculty in use of "TopClass" for Web-Assisted Teaching.
Designed, Illustrated & Produced PowerPoint Presentations for Management Consulting Industry for over 7 years. Developed concepts, designed illustrations and information graphics working directly with top-level executives.
